Year You Started Playing Volleyball – I started playing volleyball in 1975 for Flora Hill.
Year of Life Membership – 2010
Senior Club – As mentioned above I started playing volleyball for Flora Hill. This team consisted of teachers and friends at Flora Hill High School. It was led by Doug Watkins. I then played for Kanyana and finally moved onto the Eaglehawk Volleyball Club.
Playing Position – With regards to my playing position I found teammates placed me on the court where they believed the ball was least likely to land.
Career Highlight – My most important career highlight was coaching junior teams over many years. I also enjoyed coaching many of these teams at the Victorian Schools Cup and school nationals. (In light of the above it was a matter of do as I say and not as I do).
